Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Independent Contractor)

Location: Remote – East, Central & South Trinidad
Reporting To: Managing Director

Overview:

Iconic Development Real Estate is seeking experienced, self-motivated real estate agents to join our team on a contract basis. Agents will work remotely, manage their own schedules, and earn commissions based on successful transactions. You will operate in East, Central, or South Trinidad depending on your local knowledge and client network. Work when you want, where you want

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for land and residential properties

• Show properties to prospective buyers

• Market properties on behalf of the company

• Negotiate offers and close sales

• Assist with client documentation and follow-up

• Maintain communication with the Iconic Development team

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or 2 years of general Sales experience

• Familiarity with land sales and T&T property laws is a plus

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle or transport for viewings

• Must have access to a smartphone and WhatsApp

• Self-motivated and disciplined

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based

• Monthly reimbursement fee for targets met

• Commission split based on client origin

• Commissions paid on cleared funds post-sale

Other Notes:

• Contractors are responsible for filing and paying their own taxes

• Training, marketing materials, and branding are provided by Iconic Development
